Dear Telekom Malaysia Customer Service,

I am writing to express my concern regarding the persistent disruption of our clinic’s main telephone line over the past three days. Our clinic, 𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐢 𝐏𝐨𝐥𝐲𝐜𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐬 𝐉𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐧 𝐏𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐢, is prominently located in the heart of Kota Kinabalu’s Central Business District, directly opposite Suria Sabah.

Despite multiple reports and follow-ups with Telekom Malaysia’s customer service, the issue remains unresolved. This prolonged outage is severely impacting our ability to serve patients and manage daily operations effectively.

It is particularly disconcerting that such service interruptions are occurring in the Central Business District, an area that typically expects robust and reliable telecommunications infrastructure. The ongoing disruption not only hampers our clinic’s functionality but also raises concerns about the reliability of essential services in a prime commercial area.

We urgently request immediate attention to this matter to restore our telephone services without further delay. Your prompt action will ensure that we can continue to provide essential healthcare services to the community.

As you approach nearly a decade with us, I want to take this moment to sincerely thank you for the unwavering dedication and commitment you have shown to our organization over these 10 years.

I genuinely wish you the very best as you embark on this repeated new chapter in Kuala Lumpur. May you find success in all your endeavors, and may your children’s education and all the dreams you have for your family flourish beautifully.
