Objectives of the association is:
1. To safeguard the honour of medical profession and promote the interests of its members.
2. To promote friendship, encourage mutual cooperation, and unity among its members.
3. To further the cause of the medical profession by holding scientific meetings.
4. To create awareness and to enlighten the public on matters of health.
5. To promote, sponsor, organize or participate in projects and activities in aid of the under privileged, mentally re****ed and handicapped communities and other charitable organisations that the committee may from time to time so decide.
6. To make donations either in cash or in kind to the above groups and organisations.
7. To be a member of Persekutuan Persatuan Doktor Perubatan Swasta (Federation of Private Medical Practitioners Associations, Malaysia) and to affiliate with any other like-minded organisations as approved by a general meeting.
