⭐ Prevention of Astigmatism in Kids（儿童散光预防指南）

散光不是「看不清」这么简单，它会影响孩子学习表现、注意力、阅读速度和视觉发展。
虽然散光很多是先天的，但后天习惯也会让散光加重或提早出现。
家长可以从以下方面着手预防与控制：

✅ 1. 正确的阅读与写字姿势

眼睛与书本保持 30–40 cm
坐姿端正、不歪头、不趴着
不在晃动车里阅读（容易造成不稳定屈光误差）
桌椅高度要适配孩子，不要低头过度

✅ 2. 保持充足光线，避免昏暗环境

阅读桌灯 + 房间灯一起开
灯光从左侧照射（避免阴影）
太暗或太亮都会造成视觉压力，提高散光风险

✅ 3. 限制电子屏幕时间

过度近距离盯屏幕，会造成眼睛疲劳 → 容易出现眼轴压力变化，散光加深。

建议：

2–5岁：每天 1小时以内
小学：每用眼30–40分钟休息5–10分钟

眼睛与屏幕保持 50–60 cm

✅ 4. 预防揉眼睛（非常重要❗）

很多孩子散光加深是因为长期揉眼导致角膜形状改变。

家长可以：
观察孩子为什么揉眼，可能是过敏、干眼或近视

教孩子 “用纸巾按压，不要揉”

过敏性孩子更要控制环境、避免尘螨

✅ 5. 增加户外时间

每天 2小时户外活动，可减少视觉压力、帮助眼睛自然放松。
自然光有助于稳定角膜曲率，间接降低散光恶化机会。

✅ 6. 定期找专业验光师进行儿童视力检查

散光无法靠外表判断，孩子自己也不会说。
专业验光师可提供：

角膜散光度数监测

验光 + 角膜地形图

判断是先天或后天散光

是否因揉眼、姿势不良、快速成长导致

合适的镜片选择（如抗散光位轴稳定设计）

⭐ 重点：散光越早发现，越容易控制！

未矫正的散光可能导致：

-阅读困难、跳行

-模糊+重影

-注意力下降

-孩子写字歪斜

-头痛、眯眼、歪头

--严重者可能引发 弱视--

🔍 快速家长自测（有没有散光征兆）
如果孩子出现以下行为，要尽快验光：

==看东西经常歪头

==写字容易写歪、歪斜

==爱眯眼才看得清

==容易头痛

==阅读速度慢、专注力差

==喜欢贴近看

We hereby officially announce that:
Universal Optometry Optic Karamunsing will be officially closed in July 2025.

However, this is not the end — it is the beginning of something better!
We are excited to share that we will soon be relocating to a new and improved location at Latitude 6. With a more comfortable environment and upgraded facilities, we will continue to provide you and your family with high-quality and caring eye care services.

In addition, our other branches — including Universal Optometry Optic Asia City, Universal Optometry Foh Sang, and Universal Optical Centre Bataras Kolombong — will continue to operate as usual and are always ready to serve you.
