What I see recently

Things are pretty challenging , energetically I sense the energy are dense and suffocating. A lot of people intend to push their limit. Today I woke up with racing heart after an intense dreams, I suspected majority things will get more intense for everyone (estimation in 2 weeks). I keep reminding myself to breathe slowly and to not caught with fear. Intense fears often leds to unnecessary actions.
