It’s only the beginning of this journey.
They’ve come through our doors twice so far.
Twice of showing up.
Twice of choosing movement over hesitation.
For some, every step still feels uncertain.
For some, every movement takes extra focus and effort.
But what stands out most is not how they move —
it’s that they still choose to move.
At RehabWorks, our Parkinson’s exercise program is built on this simple belief:
movement is medicine, and consistency creates change.
We are already beginning to see small moments:

✨ Slight improvements in balance
✨ Familiar faces becoming more comfortable with the space
✨ And quiet determination that keeps growing each week
It’s early. Very early.
But progress doesn’t always start big.
Sometimes it starts with just showing up.
And we are honoured to walk this journey with them —

It started with a conversation.
A room filled with questions, shared experiences, and quiet understanding as we came together for our Parkinson’s group talk this April.
Then came a deeper exploration, through our laser therapy sharing session with Ary. pening up more possibilities, more hope, and more ways to support the journey.
And while those moments have passed,
the journey continues.
Through our ongoing Parkinson’s Exercise Program,
we continue to work on what truly matters. Moving better, feeling stronger, and regaining confidence in everyday life.
