🌿 Why Not Everyone needs tonics
Many people assume that feeling tired, looking pale, or falling sick easily means they need tonics.
However, from a Traditional Chinese Medicine perspective, not all discomfort or fatigue should be treated with tonifying.
Some fatigue may be due to deficiency, while others may be related to stagnation, dampness, or internal heat.
Taking tonics without proper assessment may sometimes lead to increased tiredness, heatiness, poor sleep, or digestive discomfort.
Traditional Chinese Medicine emphasises individualized treatment based on body constitution and current condition.
Sometimes, the body does not need more tonification — it needs better regulation and balance.
As the body regains balance, many symptoms may improve naturally.

🌿 为什么不是所有人都适合补?
很多人一觉得疲倦、气色不好,或容易生病,第一反应就是:

并不是所有身体不舒服的状态,都适合用“补”的方式来调理。
