On 29th September 2025, the Pathology Department HUMS traded their lab coats for climbing shoes and harnesses in an adrenaline-filled Rock Climbing Team Building session at the Sabah Indoor Climbing Centre, Kota Kinabalu! ๐ชโจ
The event kicked off at 2:00 PM, with everyone geared up and ready to conquer the walls. From beginners to seasoned climbers, every participant gave their best shotโcheering each other on and celebrating every climb, no matter how high! ๐
The atmosphere was full of laughter, teamwork, and encouragement as everyone challenged themselves and discovered the power of trust and support within the team. ๐ It wasnโt just about reaching the topโit was about pushing limits, overcoming fears, and having fun together! ๐
Of course, the day wouldnโt be complete without a group photo to capture the smiles and triumphant moments of the climb! ๐ธ
