CERVICAL CANCER AWARENESS
------------------------------------
Cervical cancer affects the lower part of the uterus (the cervix) and is often caused by the human papillomavirus (HPV). Early detection is key, as it can be prevented and treated successfully when caught in time.
We encourage all women to:
- Attend regular screenings such as Pap tests and HPV tests.
- Consider HPV vaccination as recommended by healthcare providers.
- Stay informed about risk factors and symptoms, including unusual bleeding or pelvic discomfort.
Raising awareness saves lives. Together, let’s promote prevention, early detection, and support for those affected by cervical cancer.
