Position: Spa Front Desk
Location: Jari Jari Spa, Tangjung Aru Plaza

What You’ll Do:
• Greet and welcome our guests with warmth and professionalism
• Manage bookings, appointments, and provide information on our spa services.
• Ensure smooth operations at the front desk, handling check-ins, check-outs, and payments.

What We’re Looking For;
• Minimum SPM.
• Excellent communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Customer service or front desk experience is a plus.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Friendly, well-groomed, and passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences.
