Everyone wants to do Yoga... until it’s time to do YOGA
We all love talking about Yoga
You watch spiritual reels.
You save mantras.
You even register for that 6AM class
feeling inspired, committed, ready.
And then...
2-3 days pass.
Life happens.
You skip a class.
Then two.
Then you’re back to square one — again.
Sounds familiar?
You’re not lazy. You’re not weak.
You’re just stuck in a pattern.
A loop that looks like:
“I’ll start again Monday...”
“This week was hectic...’
“Maybe next month!
But the truth is — your body is still stiff.
Your mind is still restless.
And that craving for inner peace? Still unmet.
Yoga can transform your life.
But only if you show up again and again.
“Practice becomes firmly grounded when done for a long time, without break, and with devotion.”
- Patanjali Yoga Sutra 1.14
You don’t need another push of motivation.
You need rhythm. Guidance. A safe space to keep going.
That’s why learning under a teacher, with consistency and support, makes all the difference.
Not another class to “complete” — but a practice to return
but a practice to return to. Again and again. Gently. Willingly.
