九月一日是吉隆坡快乐花园健身气功站庆祝六周年和獨立日庆典，趁着这大好日子也邀请雪隆九个站点老师一起來交流。以下回憶当天的活动。谢谢。

September 1st marked the sixth anniversary of the Happy Garden Health Qigong Center in Kuala Lumpur and the occasion of Independence Day. Taking advantage of this auspicious occasion, we invited teachers from all nine centers in Kuala Lumpur and Selangor to come together for celebration. Below is a recap of the day's activities. 快乐花园健身气功站很荣幸的邀请到来自中国的王庆杨老师，於今天早上来到本站與学员进行交流，王老师不但與学员一同站椿，更分享了站椿的诀窍,让学员获益匪浅。
王老师在观看了学员呈献的八段锦功法后，力赞本站学员功法紥实。王老师亦以幽默的方式纠正及指導了部分功法的误区，引来学员哄堂。重点好戏是王老师现场示範了一套陳式太极十八式，让学员拍手叫好。

Happy Garden Health Qigong Center was honored to have Teacher Wang Qing Yang from China visit the center this morning to interact with students. Teacher Wang not only practiced the "Zhu Chun" (standing upright position) with the students but also shared his techniques, which was very beneficial for the students.

After watching the students demonstrate the Eight-Section Brocade (Ba Duan Jin) exercises, Teacher Wang praised the students' solid practice. He also humorously corrected and guided some of the exercises' misunderstandings, much to the delight of the students. The highlight was Teacher Wang's live demonstration of the Chen-style Tai Chi Eighteen Postures, which drew applause from the students.

为了这次比赛，12位运动员投入了大量的时间和精力进行准备每天坚持练习。无论比赛结果如何，这次经历本身就是一笔宝贵的财富。通过比赛，大家不仅检验了自己的练习成果，更重要的是，大家提升了专注力和抗压能力： 在比赛的压力下，大家学会了更好地控制自己的情绪，保持内心的平静。从中获得了许多启示。

At 7:30am on Thursday, June 26, 2025, Ms Gong Jia Ying, Senior Assistant Director of the Traditional and Complementary Medicine Division, Ministry of Health Malaysia, visited the Happy Garden Health Qigong Station in Kuala Lumpur for an on-site explanation.

The main purpose of this visit is to cooperate with the World Health Organization Western Pacific Regional Office (WHO WPR) to launch a project called:
"Conducting Photography Documentary Project on Malaysia’s Traditional and Complementary Medicine (T&CM) Practices"
The project aims to enrich the WHO Digital Photo Library and highlight the best practices from the region, and showcase community health promotion activities to the world through images.

This time, we will shoot the practice scenes of this Health Qigong site, including the process of the site teacher, assistant teachers and community members practicing Qigong together, to show the positive role of Health Qigong in improving the health of the whole people.

Special thanks to a graduate student from the University of Malaya, a student of my site. It was because she recommended the Qigong activities of the Health Qigong Happy Garden site to colleagues in the Ministry of Health that we had the opportunity to be selected into this WHO photography record plan.

2025年6月26日（星期四）早上7时30分，马来西亚卫生部传统与辅助医学司（Traditional and Complementary Medicine Division, Ministry of Health Malaysia）高级主任助理Ms Gong Jia Ying，亲临吉隆坡快乐花园健身气功站进行现场说明。

此次访问的主要目的是配合 *世界卫生组织西太平洋区域办事处* (WHO WPR) 发起的一项名为：
“Conducting Photography Documentary Project on Malaysia’s Traditional and Complementary Medicine (T&CM) Practices” （关于马来西亚传统与辅助医学实践的摄影纪录项目）
该项目旨在丰富世卫组织的数码照片资料库（WHO Digital Photo Library），并精选区域内的典范实践（Highlight Best Practices from the Region）, 通过影像向全球展示社区健康促进活动。

这次将拍摄本健身气功站点的习练场景, 包括站点负责老师、助教老师与社区成员习练者共同习练气功的过程，以展现健身气功在提升全民健康方面的正面作用.

特别感谢来自马来亚大 （University of Malaya）的一位研究生—我站点的学员。正因为她将健身气功快乐花园站点的气功活动推荐给卫生部同仁，我们才有机会被选入此次WHO摄影纪录计划。
