我们常常听到说要多喝水 💧，那到底是多少呢？
马来西亚的饮食指南是建议每日平均喝 2000 L 的水，也就是我们每次听到的 “一天8杯水” 的水量 🥤
我们也可以跟着我们的体重测量
体重(KG) X 30~35 ml
体重越重的人越需要大量的水来新陈代谢
假设我的体重是 50KG，那我每天需要摄取大约 1500 至 1700 ml 的水量
除了每天要喝充足的水量，正确喝水方式也是格外重要！
🌟 #起床后喝一杯温水 🛏️
可以补充一晚身体代谢流失的水分，防止便秘，调解我们的肠胃，而且还能使我们大脑清醒
🌟 #餐前30分钟先喝水 🍽️
可以让人产生饱腹感，从而减少食量，起到很好的减轻效果

大口喝水不仅不能解渴，反而会穿破肠胃；所以要小口慢慢喝，让身体有充分时间进行新陈代谢
🌟 #水温 30°c 左右为宜
水温过高 🔥，容易烫嘴，更容易烫伤食道；水温过低 🧊，极易引起腹泻，刺激肠胃黏膜
