After giving birth, I realised recovery isn’t just about “losing the belly.”
It’s about giving your body the right support while it heals.
I started wearing a postpartum belly binder, and what I noticed first wasn’t the shape — it was the support. My lower back felt less strained, my core felt more stable, and even carrying my baby became more comfortable.
The satin fabric is smooth and breathable, so it doesn’t feel stuffy or restrictive. More importantly, it supports both the abdominal area and the pelvis — which are still weak during the early postpartum stage.
The first one to two weeks made the biggest difference for me. When your muscles are still recovering and your pelvis hasn’t fully stabilised, proper external support can really help reduce discomfort and improve mobility.
Postpartum care isn’t about rushing to slim down.
It’s about healing properly, so your body feels stronger in the months — and years — ahead.
