Before children have an emotional outburst
or engage in extreme behavior,
how much neglected pain have
they actually experienced in their hearts?
Children don't become "out of control" suddenly,
they are just misunderstood, lonely and ignored again and again
Recently, many parents have asked
how they should communicate with their children
if they see something like this
What’s more important is the
attitude of the parents - be firm! 💛
Children’s emotions are “held back”
because there is no outlet at home for them to release their feelings.
The imbalance, grievances, and loneliness accumulate bit by bit.
Sometimes, emotions are so mixed up in their heads
that they don’t even know how to express them.
Being a parent doesn’t mean you
have to “control” your child all the time,
but rather you should “listen” with your heart 🌱
Listen to children talk about their day,
listen to their little emotions,
listen to their silence, and find out what anxiety is hidden in it 💖
If you truly “see” your child’s emotions,
you can immediately embrace their struggling hearts
that long to be understood.
When children are heard and understood,
their emotions become more stable and their thinking becomes clearer.
Let us start with emotional education,
teaching our children how to express themselves,
how to ask for help, and how to treat themselves and others with kindness. 🌟
