二十四節氣精油好運到「夏至」

☀️夏至時節北半球受光最多，畫長夜短，但夏至雖然是夏季白天最長的時刻，卻不是天氣最熱的時刻，北半球要到小暑、大暑時，氣溫才會來到最高點。台語俗諺說：「夏至風颱就出世。」所以接下來就是颱風的季節了，大家也要做好防範喔。

☀️「夏至」在古代是非常重要的節日，被稱為「夏至節」或「夏節」，古代還會為此放假！由於「夏至」的節氣在傳統上被視為寒暑交替，陽氣最為旺盛加上天氣炎熱，所以吃生冷的食物要多注意，避免沖冷水澡讓身體冷熱變化大，出門在外要做好防曬，曝曬太久、太過悶熱的環境都容易中暑不適，記得要勤勞補充水分，這時也要注意不能因為晝長夜短就不正常作息喔！
