如何有效的释放压力❓

你有没有感觉到快要被压力逼疯了?
来自工作,家庭的压力 让你喘不过气来,
那么在压力还没影响到我们的健康之前,
想想办法,先自救吧❗

1) 一次只担心一件事。
往往将我们逼疯的是身边接踵而来的事件,我们感觉一次过要解决很多的事;但仔细想想,有些事是没那么急的。所以把事情分次序,我们一次只专注🎯的解决一件事。

2)每天集中精力几分钟。
比如说现在的你要把这份报告做好,那就把其他事抛在脑后,把全部的注意力放在报告上。工作后,也可以花点时间放松一下,比如说散步👟,那在这个时候也集中你的注意力在你周围的一切,比如你看见什么,听见什么,感觉到什么,闻到什么气味等等。

3)让自己彻底放松一天
阅读,唱歌,沏茶,或者干脆什么都不做的发呆。这时候关键是你内心的体味,一种平静,一种放松。

4)至少知道今天所发生的事
不管今天的你多辛苦,回到家,把你今天遇到一件开心的事同身边的人分享😊。

❌生理 - 头痛,头晕,心跳加速,血压提高,颈痛,抽筋,胃痛,腰骨痛,肌肉紧张,发冷或发热或针刺的感觉。

❌认知 - 难以专心,出现错觉,注意力分散, 思维混乱,记忆力减退,反应速度减慢,退化。

❌情绪 - 情绪低落,抑郁,绝望, 焦虑, 愤怒, 易激动,心情烦躁,坐立不安。长期抑郁则容易患癌症。

❌行为 - 精神萎靡,推卸责任,举止古怪,滥用药物,忽视新事物,失眠或睡眠过多,作息时间出问题,食欲不振或过强,玩世不恭,人际关系恶劣,兴趣和热情减少,有自杀的倾向。

失眠已是我们得家常便饭,或严重或轻微。
