Испытывать духовные сомнения - это нормально. На самом деле, времена, когда мы сомневаемся, могут привести нас к величайшим моментам трансформации, и могут стать своего рода «открывалкой», вскрывающей законсервированную веру.

Будущее неизвестно, и, тем самым, приносит с собой ощущение неуверенности. Именно вера учит нас созерцать невидимое, находящееся за пределами нашего понимания; не через силу знания, но через силу чувств.

Наша вера соединяет прошлое с будущим и дает нам своего рода духовную гравитацию. Это дает нам уверенность в том, что Бог присутствует в будущем так же, как в настоящем и прошлом. Все, то, что непознаваемо, содержится в Боге, включая нас самих, наши семьи, друзей, и все наше совместное благополучие во всех отношениях и всегда: вчера, сегодня и завтра.

Беспокойство – это флаг, развевающийся перед входом в ожидании веры. Надежда живет в уме - вера живет в сердце. Выпрыгивайте в неизвестность из своих ментальных установок, и будьте уверены - ваше сердце подхватит вас.

Не существует случайного опыта или внутреннего состояния.

Духовные аспекты жизни реальны, более реальны, чем на самом деле то, что мы называем жизнью на этой земле. Вера является объединяющим принципом, связывающим воедино все переживания и опыт.

Позвольте этому месяцу произвести «подтяжку веры», придающую вам более свежий внешний вид и обновленную перспективу.

DEVELOPING PERSONAL BRAND, PSYCHOLOGY, AND PR ALL IN ONE "BOTTLE"

I've previously mentioned that the realm of promotion and launches isn't new to me.

Firstly, I am a certified Specialist in promotion, Personal branding, and establishing communication between Experts and audiences, i.e., I am a PR specialist.

Secondly, I am a representative of the helping profession myself and I understand the challenges of promoting, popularizing, and bringing super specialists "out of the shadows". And it's not about the ineffectiveness of the Expert's method, but more about the lack of understanding of the mechanics of How to present oneself on social networks? What to do for this? When to do it if all the time is spent on clients?

Thirdly, I love talking about useful and efficient products, services, and professionals I come into contact with.

Without false modesty, I can say that I have the abilities and character qualities through which I help people scale up and improve the quality of life, inspire and motivate them for even greater achievements.

I am a MASTER REIKI.

For many, this status is unclear. What achievement is it? What kind of specialist? What value does it bring?

Seven years ago, I found myself in a state of confusion, experiencing the "30-year crisis," and asking myself, "Is nothing interesting going to happen in my life?"

By the age of 33, I had accumulated the standard "baggage": a husband, a child, a black 😊 Korean chic) car, a managerial position, stable income, an apartment, traveling twice a year, and experience participating in powerful projects. And... I found myself in the comfort zone (I hate the word "zone," do you feel what it smells like?).

I understood that I wanted to change something but didn't understand what or how. Whenever there's a request, information always comes.

Once, I visited my sister-in-law Jamilya out of curiosity and tried Reiki energy massage, practiced by her and her mother, Zhanara (Zhanara - hello 👋 - I'm always grateful 🙏).

Two weeks after the first session, I learned Reiki level 1, and after 40 days - level 2. And 50 days later, for some unknown reason, but knowing I needed it, I flew to Vladivostok.

Thirty-two hours one way, passing through 5 airports, to meet with the main holder of the Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki system traditions - Phyllis Lei Furumoto.

At this meeting, I was the only one among 100 people who had been practicing Reiki for only 3 months and flew to meet the Grand Master.

After 4 years of practice, I became a Master with the right to teach the Reiki Usui Shiki Ryoho system.

I didn't grow wings, and sometimes I still "express myself firmly," but my life has acquired many shades, possibilities, and resolutions.

I realized for myself that spirituality is not about churches, mosques, and temples. It's about a person's inner state.

Reiki has only 5 principles, and they have become my way of life, ingrained in my DNA 🧬.

That's how my spiritual journey to myself and conscious personal growth began.

I was born in Tajikistan, raised in Kazakhstan, I'm of Korean descent, and I speak Russian and English - why this is important will become clear in future posts. It was a revelation at the time.

I'm a mother to a 20-year-old who lives in Singapore.

I won a man's heart amidst competition from 10 girls and made him my husband.

One of my degrees is in Public Relations. I have over 10 years of experience in corporate PR creation and promotion.

I completed my Master's at the National Bank of Kazakhstan - Risk Management.

I'm a professional psychologist - I transitioned from the logistics business to psychology. I counsel using Transactional Analysis. I'm an expert in deciphering psychological games and behavioral scripts. I have over 1000 training hours in two directions: TA in psychotherapy and TA in organizations.

I'm a Reiki Master - a Japanese healing practice. I heal the soul and body through touch.

I'm a logistics expert - I managed a transportation company, have extensive experience in warehouse logistics and delivery.

I'm a graphic designer - I independently learned graphic design software in school.

I'm an astrologer, tarot reader, and Bazi practitioner - I studied out of curiosity but gained a super skill: understanding people on a non-verbal level.

I'm a certified facilitator of the "Transformation Game" from InnerLinks UK/USA - I change lives through play.

I organize events and celebrations - I instill family values through festivities.

I love mountains in winter and a sea in summer.

I can drive cars, quads, buggies, boats, jet skis, and aqua bikes - a specialist in machines in a skirt.

WIN-WIN

After working in various business sectors for over 18 years and experiencing different situations during these years, I've come to understand that the most environmentally friendly and profitable approach for me in any endeavor is Win-win.

Some may argue with me and say that the most profitable approach is "Forge ahead without barriers, bend without doubts, and go without mercy." Perhaps, this principle works to seize the moment and cash in here and now, but it's not for the long game.

For me, it's important that every participant in the process benefits from the collaboration, feels comfortable in the relationship, and enjoys the interaction.

In my work, I adhere to the principle that "Quality, effectiveness, systematic approach, and using the right tools" are the keys to success, and the opportunity to openly negotiate "at the shore" helps avoid illusions.

There's another important principle for me - "The team makes the difference."

Every person has their unique qualities, but it's also important to recognize that no matter how much of a "superman" someone is, they may lack something. That's where the team comes in - to help improve and enhance each individual's capabilities, to achieve even greater success and increase the quality of income for each participant.

What's unacceptable for me in work is disagreements at the level of life values, indifference to the task, and apathy towards the result.

Because I believe that doing what you love always brings satisfaction and results in the form of money, happy clients, and advocates of your products. And if you're indifferent to your work, you become its "poison."
