Here’s a little glimpse into our Petals of You session 🌷

We’re really grateful to everyone who came, participated, and trusted the space.

From our facilitator:
"This was a workshop I truly looked forward to because it involved flowers, something I personally love. Seeing participants smile as they received them really made my day.

What stayed with me was how open everyone was to practicing self-compassion in their own way. It was a gentle reminder that even small acts of kindness toward ourselves can mean so much.

If you’re thinking of joining our monthly workshops, it’s a space to slow down, reconnect, and be a little kinder to yourself as it is a journey."

See you in the future workshops!

Caregiving is not something you’re just expected to “handle." It takes support, understanding, and the right tools.

Our Caregiver Support & Education Programme (CSE) is here to walk alongside you every step of the way!

Today is World Autism Awareness Day 💙

At MMHA, we’re reminded that people on the autism spectrum experience and move through the world in their own ways, and that’s not something to “fix”, but something to understand.

Sometimes, inclusion looks like small, everyday choices: being a little more patient, giving someone space, listening without assumptions, or simply making room for differences.

Let’s continue learning, unlearning, and creating a community where everyone feels seen, respected, and included.

Throughout this month, we’ll share tips and reflections to help you protect your mental space at work.

Small steps at work can make a big difference for your well-being, and that is all that matters.

We tend to think you have to sound fluent and confident to be a “good” speaker. But really, communication is about being understood.

🗣️ Wait… Let Me Finish: The Art of Speaking with a Stutter is a 1-hour workshop designed for individuals who stutter, focusing on how to communicate clearly, meaningfully, and with impact. In this interactive session, participants will learn how to structure their speech, expand on their ideas, and connect with others beyond fluency.

Through guided practice and practical techniques, this workshop offers a safe space to challenge common myths about stuttering, reduce self-consciousness, and focus on what truly matters: getting your message across.

This workshop is for you if you stutter and often feel held back when speaking, or find it difficult to fully express what you want to say.

Selamat Hari Raya Aidilfitri!

As we celebrate this meaningful day, may it bring peace to our hearts, warmth to our homes, and joy to our loved ones. After a month of reflection and patience, may Syawal remind us of compassion, forgiveness, and renewed beginnings.

We also hold space for those who may be celebrating quietly or carrying unseen struggles, may this festive season bring comfort, connection, and gentle moments of healing.

Maaf Zahir dan Batin. Wishing you and your families a blessed and meaningful Hari Raya. 🌙✨

It’s International Day of Happiness✨

In 2026, the conversation turns to social media and how it affects our happiness: how it connects us, but also shapes how we see ourselves and others.

The way we interact online isn’t neutral. It can influence comparison, validation, and even how we measure our own well-being.

Being happy all the time isn’t the goal. What matters is making online spaces where simply being human is enough.

Let’s use today, and everyday, to bring more understanding and positivity into our digital world!
