Pain is your body’s way of signaling that something isn’t right. While mild discomfort can be normal during stretching or strengthening, sharp or persistent pain is not and should never be ignored. 🚫

💡 What to Do if You Feel Pain:

Stop Immediately – Avoid pushing through the pain.
Check Your Form – Ensure you’re following proper posture and technique.
Modify the Movement – Reduce the range of motion or intensity.
Inform Your Instructor – Let us know right away so we can assess and guide you properly.

💬 Remember: Our Posture Fit class is designed to be gentle and therapeutic, but every body is different. Listen to yours! If you experience ongoing pain, we recommend a personal assessment to address underlying issues.

👕 Dress Comfortably – Wear breathable, stretchable clothing for ease of movement (e.g., T-shirts, leggings, or joggers).

🧦 Adhesive Socks (Optional) – Feel free to wear adhesive socks for better grip and comfort during the class.
