How to know if your child has flat feet? 👣
怎么知道你的孩子有扁平足呢？

You can assess your child’s feet while they are STANDING, from:

1. The side
2. The back

If you noticed there’s no arch from the side of your child’s feet, and if you noticed his / her ankle is rolling inwards, then most likely its a sign of flat feet.

Flat feet can lead to many potential issues such as balancing & coordination problems, misalignment on the hips and pelvis and more 😟

TWIN mum delivered NATURALLY! ❤️🙌🏼

We’re so glad to be able to help prepare her pelvis for a smooth labor!

We worked on her pelvis function & mobility to make space for her babies to grow optimally. Because having a balanced pelvis will not only help with reducing aches & pains, it will also help promote the babies to be in optimal position for labor!

When babies are in ideal position for labor, it will then assist with a smooth and fast labor! And in this case, its only 7 minutes apart for the twin boys 👶🏻👶🏻
