Tragedi di Sungai Korok: Satu Ingatan, Satu Kesedaran

Kami merakamkan ucapan takziah yang sedalam-dalamnya buat keluarga mangsa tragedi di Sungai Korok, yang kehilangan enam nyawa dalam satu insiden kereta terjunam ke dalam sungai.

Enam sekeluarga satu kehilangan besar yang menyayat hati seluruh negara. Kita hanya mampu mengirim doa, agar mereka ditempatkan dalam kalangan orang-orang yang beriman, dan keluarga yang ditinggalkan diberi kekuatan untuk menghadapi ujian yang sangat berat ini.

Dalam kesayuan ini, kami ingin mengajak semua untuk mengambil iktibar. Kita tidak mampu mengubah takdir, tetapi kita boleh belajar untuk bersedia jika berdepan situasi cemas seperti ini.

Apa perlu kita buat jika kereta terjunam ke dalam sungai?

✅ 1. Jangan panik. Panik hanya melambatkan reaksi. Fokuskan diri untuk keluar.

✅ 2. Cabut tali pinggang keselamatan. Ini langkah pertama yang perlu dibuat sebaik sahaja sedar kereta terjunam.

✅ 3. Jangan cuba buka pintu. Tekanan air di luar terlalu kuat pintu hampir mustahil dibuka.

✅ 4. Turunkan tingkap dengan segera dalam 30–60 saat pertama, sistem elektronik kereta masih boleh berfungsi.

✅ 5. Keluar ikut tingkap. Tolak diri keluar secepat mungkin.

✅ 6. Jika tingkap tak boleh diturunkan, pecahkan tingkap. Gunakan alat pemecah tingkap, kepala penyandar, atau apa sahaja objek keras yang ada.

Ingat urutan mudah ini:
👉 Tali pinggang – Tingkap – Keluar.

Sediakan juga alat kecemasan seperti pemecah tingkap dan pemotong tali pinggang dalam kereta letak di tempat mudah capai, bukan dalam but.

Semoga tragedi ini menjadi peringatan buat kita semua, bukan sekadar untuk bersedih, tetapi untuk lebih bersedia.

🕊️ Al-Fatihah buat semua mangsa tragedi bas UPSI 🕊️

Innalillahi wa inna ilayhi raji'un.

Terlalu pilu untuk diungkapkan dengan kata-kata. Tragedi kemalangan bas melibatkan pelajar-pelajar Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Idris (UPSI) di Lebuhraya Timur-Barat, Gerik semalam benar-benar menyentap hati kita semua. Seramai 15 nyawa telah terkorban.

💔 Mereka pergi dalam usaha menuntut ilmu. Semoga Allah mengangkat darjat mereka sebagai syuhada.

🤲 Semoga ahli keluarga yang kehilangan diberi kekuatan, dan mangsa yang masih dirawat diberi kesembuhan segera.

Tangisan seorang keluarga yang kehilangan,
Dalam detik hiba itu, Tuanku memadam batas protokol. Yang tinggal hanyalah rasa belas, yang mengalir tulus dari hati seorang Sultan kepada hati rakyatnya yang retak.

Duka ini bukan milik satu keluarga sahaja.
Ia luka satu negara.

Dan ketika air mata jatuh tanpa henti, hadir seorang Sultan bukan untuk berkata apa-apa, tetapi untuk menjadi bahu tempat bersandar.
Seluruh negara berduka.

Buah memang sihat. Tapi sihat bukan lesen untuk makan tanpa had.
Ada buah yang nampak kecil, comel, segar… tapi tinggi gula semula jadi.

Contohnya?
• 1 biji mangga – hingga 45g gula
• 1 cawan anggur – sekitar 23g gula
• 1 cawan ceri – lebih 18g gula
• 1 biji pisang – 14g gula
• 1 potong tembikai – pun ada 9g gula
• 2 biji kurma – lebih 30g gula

Jangan salah faham, buah tetap perlu dalam diet. Malah 95.1% rakyat Malaysia tidak makan sayur dan buah mencukupi setiap hari.

Tapi kuantiti, pilihan & waktu makan perlu bijak, terutamanya bagi anda yang:
• Ada risiko diabetes
• Mahu turunkan berat badan
• Pantau paras gula darah

Makan buah dengan ilmu. Bukan sekadar rasa.
