2 keping bege daging Ramly ( daging cincang Uwan dah abis...guna apa yg ada ✌🏻)
4sb bawang goreng
3 tangkai daun bawang diracik
1sb serbuk lada sulah
1sb maggie cukup rasa ( s**a masin tambah lah lagi )
Minyak unk mengoreng
Telur dua biji

Cara2nya:
Panaskan minyak
Goreng kentang
Daging bege goreng tanpa minyak..sekejap je..tebalik2 kan..tutup api..
Masukkn kentang yg dah digoreng & daging bege dlm bekas..
Lenyekkn sampai hancur
Masukkn serbuk lada sulah, bwg goreng, daun bawang dan maggi cukup rasa..
Gaulkan sampai sebati
Dah sebati..bulat2 kan kemudian leperkn sikit
Pecah kan telur..
Masukkn begedil dlm telur ...dan goreng..
Goreng hingga agak keperangan dan angkat...

Sambal kicap
Cili padi + bwg putih + garam sikit , gula & kicap...blend..
