I’m truly honored to have attended the launching ceremony for Malaysia Year of Medical Tourism 2026 — a remarkable initiative that highlights Malaysia’s potential as a leading global healthcare hub.

What made this moment even more meaningful was the opportunity to personally meet our Minister of Health, YB Datuk Seri Dr Dzulkefly Ahmad, whose vision continues to uplift our nation’s healthcare standards.

It was also a great privilege to connect with Asso. Prof. Mohd Adzhar Abd Latif, a true pioneer in Traditional and Complementary Medicine (T&CM), whose lifelong contributions have advanced the recognition of our profession.

Just completed the Basic Individual Support Workshop (Australia Standard) under the guidance of the amazing (Dr) Saz and Pn Liza — and what an insightful journey it has been!

This workshop has truly opened my eyes to the fundamentals of caregiver management — from understanding the physical and emotional needs of individuals to learning practical, compassionate approaches to support and care.

Grateful for the knowledge shared, the hands-on experiences and the inspiring passion both trainers brought into every session. 🙌

🌿 An Eye-Opening Experience in Ancient Healing Arts 🌿

I recently had the incredible opportunity to attend the Chen’s Bone Setting Manipulation course, guided personally by Dr. Li Hui, Director of Kunming Ma Jin Chen’s Traditional Chinese Orthopedic Hospital.

What makes this experience even more meaningful is that Dr. Li Hui is the 6th-generation successor of this powerful technique—rooted in centuries of clinical wisdom and refined through generations. 🙌

I’m deeply honored to be able to expose myself to this ancient, evidence-based technique that continues to prove its effectiveness in modern-day musculoskeletal care. It was truly an eye-opening experience, enriching my clinical perspective and appreciation for traditional healing methods. 🧠👐

Today was a special day at our center — my old schoolmate buddy paid a visit, not just alone, but with his whole family!

It’s always heartwarming to reconnect with people from the past and even more meaningful when they come with curiosity and trust to explore what Osteopathy can offer for their family's well - being.

We had a great time catching up, sharing laughs and diving into how Osteopathy can support better health naturally and holistically — for both the young and the young at heart. 💆‍♂️💆‍♀️

❤️A Day in the Life…❤️

Back-to-back treatments, non-stop sessions — today was one of those days where I barely had time to breathe, let alone eat. Just as I managed to sneak in a quick bite before the next patient, something beautiful happened.

Without me even noticing, my loving patient, Sis Lily, arrived quietly… not just for her appointment, but with a surprise — a delicious homecooked meal, just enough to warm my hungry stomach and my heart. 🍲💖

I am truly blessed to be surrounded by such caring and thoughtful souls. Thank you, Sis Lily, for your kindness — it meant more than words can say.

✅ Completed : OSHC Training Journey! 🦺📚

I’m proud to share that I’ve successfully completed my training as an Occupational Safety & Health Coordinator (OSHC), alongside a group of senior Safety Officers from various industries. It was truly an eye - opening and inspiring experience. 🙌

I would like to express my deepest appreciation to my esteemed instructor, Tuan Zulkarnain Said, whose vast experience and passion for occupational safety and health made this training incredibly valuable.

Throughout the course, I not only gained important knowledge but also had the chance to exchange insights across sectors — especially on how holistic approaches like Craniosacral Therapy can support workplace wellness and injury prevention. 🧠💆‍♂️⚙️
