I am a certified yoga teacher (500RYT) and a wellness expert experienced in holistic health. I teach an Integrative style of Yoga which is a blend of the traditions I have studied and practiced. These include Hatha, Iyengar, Ashtang, Yin Yoga, Pranayama and Meditation, with elements of Qi Gong, seamlessly intertwined through Vinyasa movements. This enables me to provide guidance on integrated aspects of health.
