Scoliosis is not a joking matter. Severe scoliosis that is left untreated can lead to pain and increasing deformity, as well as potential heart and lung damage.

Attention ladies! If you spend a lot of time sitting at a desk, you may be familiar with back pain and poor posture. But donโ€™t worry, weโ€™re here to help! Here are some simple tips to improve your posture and ease back pain:
โœ… Sit up straight: Avoid slouching and keep your shoulders relaxed. Use a chair with proper back support.

โœ… Adjust your workspace: Make sure your computer screen is at eye level and your keyboard and mouse are within easy reach. Use a footrest if needed.

โœ… Take breaks: Stretch and walk around every 30 minutes to avoid stiffness and reduce tension.
