As an oncologist, I have seen mothers sit beside hospital beds while quietly carrying their own pain. I have also seen far too many women come in only when the cancer is already at an advanced stage because they spent years putting everyone else before themselves.

This Mother’s Day, I want to remind every mother out there: your health matters too.

Early detection can save lives. A simple check-up, screening or paying attention to changes in your body can make all the difference.

To all mothers, caregivers and women who continue to nurture others with endless strength and love thank you. The world is better because of you. πŸ’™πŸŒΈ

A wonderful weekend spent at a friendly pickleball tournament between Pantai Hospital Kuala Lumpur and Thomson Hospital Kota Damansara.

More than just a game, it was a great opportunity to strengthen teamwork and shared values between institutions while connecting outside the workplace.
