🔉 The Malaysian Spine Society is proud to support the upcoming Borneo Spine Course, happening from 3–4 October 2025 at Chemsain, Kuching.

📝 Organised by the Orthopaedic Department, Sarawak General Hospital, this two-day hybrid course features expert-led lectures, interactive case discussions, and a hands-on Saw Bone Workshop — designed to enhance clinical and surgical spine knowledge, especially for junior orthopaedic doctors and paramedics.

🧠 Workshop seats are limited to 16 participants — early registration is encouraged!

📍 Held in collaboration with the Orthopaedic Department, SGH Kuching, and supported by the Malaysian Spine Society.

🔉 The Malaysian Spine Society is proud to support the upcoming 2nd Spine Awareness Week, happening from 8–12 September 2025 at Hospital Sungai Buloh, Malaysia.

📝 This week-long programme is organised by the Orthopaedic Department, Hospital Sungai Buloh, and will feature a series of academic, clinical, and public outreach initiatives including a Spine Seminar, Operative Course, Spinal Immobilization Course, and Public Awareness Programme — all dedicated to enhancing spine care and education.

🧠 Organised in collaboration with the Ortho Dept Hospital Sungai Buloh and and supported by the Ministry of Health Malaysia.

A new chapter begins as the Malaysia Spine Society proudly welcomes Assoc. Prof. Dr. Chiu Chee Kidd as our newly appointed President for the 2025–2027 term, officially inaugurated during the recent Presidential Ceremony.

We extend our deepest appreciation to Prof. Dr. Chris Chan Yin Wei for his outstanding leadership and invaluable contributions throughout his presidency from 2021 to 2023.

We are excited to announce the 4th MSS-IOSSA Joint Webinar Series 2025, a collaborative initiative between the Malaysia Spine Society (MSS) and the Indonesian Orthopaedic Spine Surgeon Association (IOSSA), exclusively for members.

Following the success of the 3rd Joint Webinar held on 8 December 2024, the upcoming session is scheduled for:
