This is my Life Transformation Story
Hi everyone, I am Coach Eve and this is my life transformation story.
My story begins with a simple question by my primary school teacher, “What is your ambition?”.
This question had vividly resonated in my mind as I wasn’t sure what would I want to be. Back then, I was a slow learner and physically weak. I remembered I would fall and had to miss classes in school. As I proceeded to secondary school, I understood how I should pursue my dreams and goals through my group of peers’ encouragement. We shared mutual goals in excelling in good academic grades and furthering our tertiary education in universities. Despite coming from a middle-class status, I was glad to be accepted to a local university as most of my older siblings opted for part-time courses and started their career pathway at an earlier age. During my Bachelor’s degree, I struggled in my studies compared to my peers. With hard work and determination, I could earn my first class honour and subsequently exempted my study loan after graduation.
When I started entering the working world, I worked on 8 hours per day, similar to what my friends have been doing. My turning point began when I pondered upon entrepreneurship. I envisioned that my business venture will bring values to the community in terms of event management and training. Hence, I tendered in my resignation and which leads me to have a kick-start in establishing my business empire. Amid developing my business, I don’t have anyone to support due to lack of experiences and a mentor to guide me. Still, I had successfully organized my very first company event and secured 5-digit sales after the first three months’ time. I took up freelancing fitness group classes. Throughout these 4 years, I had seen my business expanded well.
