We are thrilled to announce a major milestone in our journey to deliver Health for All in Southeast Asia: Angsana Health has officially acquired MiyaCare Sdn Bhd!

MiyaCare is a Managed Care Organization (MCO) in Malaysia. The acquisition combines Angsana’s clinical, digital health and health system capabilities with MiyaCare’s provider network and tech stack. Together, we will accelerate towards a digital-first, value-based and primary care-led integrated health system for the SMEs, the middle class and the gig economy of Southeast Asia.

What this means for our shared future:
📱Introducing AngsanaOS: The Miya tech stack will be upgraded to the Angsana Health app powered by AngsanaOS, a new healthcare operating platform for SMEs and private insurers, hospitals and clinics.

📈Expanding Corporate Health Solutions (CHS): A new business unit to deliver integrated and digital-first Angsana Health Plans.

🇲🇾Providing Nationwide Access: MiyaCare’s network of 4000+ providers in Malaysia will deliver Angsana Health Plans to SMEs, the middle class and the gig economy.

🌿 On 10 August, Angsana Health joined the Geran Digital PMKS Madani event in Johor Bahru to share how our Digital Health Services (DHS) can make quality care more accessible.

✨ We were encouraged by the strong interest from doctors and organizations who want to bring these services to their patients, with some ready to start right away.

📱 As more people turn to technology, health services must go beyond convenience. They need to remain reliable, impactful, and focused on real outcomes.
