肛裂
临床表现
1、肛门周期性疼痛
肛裂的疼痛与排便密切相关，表现为周期性疼痛，顾名思义即疼痛呈周期性发作，即具有疼痛－缓解－再疼痛的特点。当粪便通过肛管时即会刺激裂口的神经末梢，引起严重的烧灼样或刀割样疼痛。便后刺激减轻，疼痛也暂时缓解，此期称疼痛间歇期，持续数分钟至30分钟。由于排便的刺激可引起内括约肌痉挛收缩，使裂口受到新的刺激，产生剧痛，直至括约肌疲劳松弛，疼痛逐渐缓解。等到再次排便，患者又将出现上述疼痛，呈周期性变化。
2、便血
以排便时滴血或便后纸上擦血为主，血色鲜红，出血的多少与裂口的深浅、大小有关，一般出血量少。肛裂便血也会周期性反复发作。
Clinical Manifestation
1. Periodic pain in the a**s
The pain of a**l fissure is closely related to defecation, manifested as periodic pain, which, as the name suggests, is characterized by periodic attacks of pain, relief, and re pain. When stool pass through the a**l ca**l, it stimulates the nerve endings of the fissure, causing severe burning or knife cutting pain feeling. The stimulation after defecation is relieved, and the pain is temporarily relieved. This period is called the pain interval, which lasts for several minutes to 30 minutes. Due to the stimulation of defecation, it can cause spasms and contractions of the internal sphincter, causing new stimulation to the opening and causing severe pain until the sphincter becomes fatigued and relaxed, and the pain gradually eases. When the patient defecates again, they will experience the aforementioned pain, which shows periodic changes.
2. Re**al bleeding
The main reason is dripping blood during defecation or wipe blood on paper after defecation. The blood color is bright red, and the amount of bleeding is related to the depth and size of the fissure. Generally, the amount of bleeding is small. A**l fissure and re**al bleeding can also recur periodically.
