This workshop will guide you from posture analysis to precise programming —
helping you design classes that are structured, effective, and meaningful for every student.

Led by Lina Chung,
with over 12 years of experience in Pilates teaching and instructor training, she has guided countless instructors toward building confident, professional, and results-driven teaching practices.

朋友们！原来普拉提连小孩都能上！😳那天我只是想去放松一下，结果孩子说他也要一起，结果整堂课超认真，动作还比我标准🤣

普拉提的节奏真的很舒服，不管大人还是小孩，都能跟得上。那个过程比我想象中还疗yu！😍

Oh hey! It's Sheer Weii! The founder of Enco Studio.
Let's dive into her story, and how Enco Studio came to be.

Sheer Weii once suffered from back pain due to poor posture, having days where it was difficult to get through. One day, she came upon a wonderful fitness activity, pilates! Rediscovering her balance and health again, pilates led her on a transformation journey, removing her pain, and falling in love with this gentle, yet powerful, exercise.

Later on, she delved into aerial yoga, and felt lightness, freedom, and absolute grace when her was in the air.
Eager to bring this feeling to everyone, she decided to bring this transformation to more people.

In 2022, Enco Studio was born.

Gaining the confidence, Sheer Weii earned international certifications, and is now a certified instructor.

✨ Enco Studio is currently the only studio in Malaysia equipped with children’s Pilates apparatus!

Today, Sheer Weii serves as the Ambassador for Pilates in Asia, proudly representing Malaysia and has been nominated as one of the Successful People in Malaysia & Singapore 2025.

While she no longer personally takes in students, she has a team of exceptional instructors who continue to share her philosophy and passion for healing through mindful movement.

Sheer Weii believes that's through these gentle exercises, everyone can regain their health and confidence. A form of healing through moving your body.
