Every day during confinement, mummy’s body is going through a deep and intensive recovery, but sometimes, it’s the knots in her heart that need to be seen even more ❤️‍🩹

📍 At Little Precious, we created an「🎨 Art Therapy session」for mummies to give mummies a safe space to express the feelings that words can’t capture. Through colours and gentle guidance, emotions are held, released, and soothed.

In this short moment of calm, mummies open up to one another, sharing the sweetness, bitterness, challenges, and joys of their journey. On the paper, and in their hearts, they slowly let go and gently unwind.
