很多人不是不想练瑜伽,
而是已经被身体「吓怕了」。
一拉就痛,
一动就紧,
一停下来就觉得自己很差。
久了以后,
我们开始怀疑身体,
也顺便否定了自己。
但身体从来不是在跟你作对。
它只是被忽略太久,
只能用不舒服,
逼你停下来听它一次。
瑜伽不是再多给身体一个要求,
而是终于有一个地方,
你不用撑、不用证明、
不用把自己做到看起来很好。
你只需要在。
站在身体那一边。
在 yu+ studio,
我们不急着把你「练好」,
我们更在意,
你有没有慢慢回到自己。

Many people don’t avoid yoga because they don’t want to try.
They step back because they’re afraid of their own bodies.
It hurts when they stretch.
It tightens when they move.
And when they stop,
they start to feel like they’ve failed.
Over time,
we begin to doubt our bodies,
and quietly,
we begin to doubt ourselves.
But the body has never been against you.
It has simply been ignored for too long,
and discomfort became the only way
to ask you to pause and listen.
Yoga isn’t about becoming more flexible.
It isn’t about doing more or pushing harder.
It’s about finally having a space
where you don’t need to prove anything,
where you don’t have to fight your body,
and where you’re allowed to simply be.
You only need to stand on your body’s side.
