7 DAY MENU FOR PEOPLE WITH DIABETES
To improve diabetes you must monitor your sugar regularly; Exercise regularly and most importantly, you need to have a reasonable and nutritious diet.
We will share with you a nutritious 7-day menu that can help you improve your diabetes.
Day 1
Breakfast (6am-7pm): 1 bowl of meat porridge, 3 pomelos
Snack (9am): fresh milk without sugar
Lunch (11h-11h30): 1 bowl of rice, 1 plate of boiled water spinach, braised meat with eggs, half a pear
Snack (3pm): half a corn
Dinner (18:00-19:00): 1 bowl of rice, cabbage soup with meat, salmon, 1 mandarin
2nd day
Breakfast (6am-7pm): Chicken noodle soup, grapes
Snack (9am): 1 egg
Lunch (11h-11h30): 1 bowl of rice, shrimp gourd soup, roasted copper shrimp, half a dragon fruit
Snack (15h): fresh milk without sugar
Dinner (18:00-19:00): 1 bowl of rice, spinach soup, tofu, grapes
3rd day
Breakfast (6am-7pm): 1 bowl of red bean porridge
Snack (9am): 1 banana
Lunch (11h-11h30): 1 bowl of sprouted vermicelli, 150g watermelon
Snack (3pm): 1 sweet potato
Dinner (18:00-19:00): 1 bowl of rice, pumpkin soup with meat, steamed carp, half an orange
4th day
Breakfast (6am-7pm): 1 plate of rolls, 1 piece of pineapple
Snack (9am): low-sugar biscuits
Lunch (11h-11h30): 1 bowl of rice, boiled cabbage, some peanuts, salmon, half an apple
Snack (15h): 1 box of yogurt
Dinner (18:00-19:00): 1 bowl of rice, tofu with tomato sauce, amaranth soup, 2 pomelos
Day 5
Breakfast (6am-7pm): 1 bowl of pork belly soup, half a breast milk
Snack (9am): 1 banana
Lunch (11h-11h30): 1 bowl of beef noodle soup, 1 piece of watermelon
Snack (3pm): half a corn
Dinner (18h-19h): 1 bowl of rice, sautéed cauliflower with vegetable oil, braised meat, half an orange
6th day
Breakfast (6am-7pm): A plate of 6 medium dumplings
Snack (9am): fresh milk without sugar
Lunch (11h-11h30): 1 bowl of rice, cucumber salad + tomato, braised fish, half a guava.
Snack (3pm): 1 sweet potato
Dinner (18:00-19:00): 1 bowl of rice, cabbage soup cooked with meat, fried bitter gourd with egg, 1 medium tangerine
7th day
Breakfast (6am-7pm): 1 bowl of meat cake soup, 2 persimmons
Snack (9am): 1 egg
Lunch (11h-11h30): 1 bowl of rice, steamed vegetables cooked with egg, fried shrimp, 150g watermelon
Snack (15h): 1 box of yogurt
