Kontroversi menyelubungi rawatan muktamad untuk diabetes.

Pada pagi 5 Ogos, wartawan kami menemu bual lebih daripada 1000 pesakit diabetes di hospital Global Doctors. Maklumat yang kami kumpul selepas temuduga pasti mengejutkan anda. Apa yang mengejutkan kami ialah keadaan 60% daripada pesakit yang ditemu bual jelas bertambah baik dalam tempoh 2 bulan yang lalu. Kebanyakan indeks glisemik mereka stabil pada 5-8 mol. Bukan itu sahaja, sehingga 30% pesakit diabetes dapat kembali ke kehidupan normal. Apabila mereka melihat mereka, wartawan itu tidak percaya mereka menghidap diabetes. Tiada lagi komplikasi yang menjejaskan kehidupan, tiada lagi diet yang menyedihkan. Mereka boleh mengekalkan paras gula dalam darah seperti orang normal.

Apabila ditanya tentang kaedah rawatan, adalah luar biasa bahawa majoriti pesakit menggunakan satu kaedah rawatan.

Encik Mariduan Abdullah menjawab: “Terima kasih kepada tablet effervescent diabetes Gluhealth bukan sahaja keadaan saya bertambah baik, bilangan ubat hospital yang perlu saya ambil juga berkurangan…”

To improve diabetes you must monitor your sugar regularly; Exercise regularly and most importantly, you need to have a reasonable and nutritious diet.
We will share with you a nutritious 7-day menu that can help you improve your diabetes.
Day 1
Breakfast (6am-7pm): 1 bowl of meat porridge, 3 pomelos
Snack (9am): fresh milk without sugar
Lunch (11h-11h30): 1 bowl of rice, 1 plate of boiled water spinach, braised meat with eggs, half a pear
Snack (3pm): half a corn
Dinner (18:00-19:00): 1 bowl of rice, cabbage soup with meat, salmon, 1 mandarin
2nd day
Breakfast (6am-7pm): Chicken noodle soup, grapes
Snack (9am): 1 egg
Lunch (11h-11h30): 1 bowl of rice, shrimp gourd soup, roasted copper shrimp, half a dragon fruit

SKIN DISEASE CAUSED DIABETES
A beautiful skin makes you younger than your actual age and makes you more confident. However, in today's society, diabetes seems to be becoming a concern for us women in particular and everyone in general when it directly affects our skin. The skin diseases caused by diabetes greatly reduce our confidence when we have them, which are:
1. Bacterial infections
People with diabetes are very susceptible to infections, because high blood sugar is a favorable environment for bacteria to grow. When hair follicles become irritated, these bacteria can cause pimples or inflammation. Infections can also occur in the eyes and nails.
2. Itchy skin
Commonly found on the arms, backs of hands, legs, soles of the feet. You can treat itchy skin simply by using a mild soap and moisturizer.
3. Fungal infections
This yeast can produce an itchy, red, moist rash surrounded by scabs and sores in infected areas. Infections usually occur on the toes, on the feet, va**na, chest, abdomen, nails or scalp, etc.
4. Finger sclerosis
People with type 1 diabetes may have hardening of the fingers, thick, tight skin. The skin on the backs of the hands, the skin on the toes, and the forehead may be affected.
5. Skin atrophy
Changes in the blood vessels that supply blood to the skin, usually appearing on the lower legs as round or oval nodules, light brown, possibly scaly.
6. Black thorn disease
A skin condition where brown warts appear on the neck, armpits, under the breasts and groin, common in obese people and considered a sign of diabetes.
7. Yellow rash
The skin appears as nodules that are yellow in color and about the size of a pea. This nodule usually appears on the hands, feet, and buttocks of young men with type 1 diabetes, poor blood sugar control, high cholesterol and blood triglyceride levels.
8. Fatty skin necrosis
Due to changes in blood vessels. First on the skin appears opaque nodules. Over time, the lesions develop a purple border and can even cause scarring. In severe cases, the lesions can ulcerate, become itchy and painful.

Cardiovascular Complications of DIABETES

Cardiovascular disease is one of the leading causes of death worldwide.
Scientists come up with statistics that diabetes and cardiovascular disease are closely linked:
👍 68% of people 65 years of age and older with diabetes die from cardiovascular complications; and 16% died from stroke.
👍 Adults with diabetes are two to four times more likely to die from heart disease than adults without diabetes.
💁 Causes of cardiovascular complications in people with diabetes:

👉 High Blood Pressure
High blood pressure is a major factor in cardiovascular disease. When patients have both hypertension and diabetes, their risk of cardiovascular disease doubles.

👉 Abnormal cholesterol and high triglycerides
Patients with diabetes often have unhealthy cholesterol levels, poor lipid levels, and dyslipidemia associated with insulin resistance.

👉 Fat: Obesity leads to insulin resistance and is one of the leading risk factors for cardiovascular disease.

👉 Less physical activity
You are inactive, the body will become obese, causing diabetes in the long run, which will affect the heart. So you need to be active, get plenty of exercise to prevent, delay the development of diabetes, reduce the risk of heart disease and stroke.
