Thank you so much friends, students and colleagues!! My studio space is going through a big change. I'll be switching this IG account to share more of my personal offerings as a wellness coach under a new name!

To my wonderful students and friends - I'm so excited to let you know that the Sunday sound baths will be staying fortnightly, lining up with the moon phases 💫

Happy October!! Here's a helpful tip to protect yourself from the haze from your Ayurvedic Wellness Coach🤗

🌱1) Use a neti pot and cleanse your nose + sinus with salt water
It will get debris out of your sinus and help clean toxins from your nasal passage!

🌱2) Rub some organic sesame oil in your nostrils to protect the inner membrane
This helps with protecting the sensitive parts inside your nostrils from toxins flying around with the haze, and protects against dryness caused by the smoke and dust

Next session of Introduction to Crystal Singing Bowls is on this Saturday with Misa!

The main goal of this introductory class is for the participants to experience playing the crystal singing bowl. Misa will guide you through how sound healing can be beneficial and how you can learn to heal yourself through sound.

What to expect (90-mins)
-Brief overview of sound healing and how you can incorporate it into your own spiritual practice
-Energy Clearing practices
-Demonstration of how to play the crystal singing bowls
-Each participant will actually learn how to play one crystal singing bowl
-Sharing time - each participant will have time to give the group a mini sound bath

This class is really hands-on and you get lots of time to explore the crystal singing bowl!
