Everything normal except HEPATITIS B positive. Hepatitis B ni hanya boleh detect dengn pemeriksaan darah.

Penting bila Dr tau hepatitis B positive kita akan buat lebih banyak test utk evaluate status sama ada acute or chronic hepatitis bagi menentukan management seterusnya.

You jangan campur bilik u dgn PC, TV, Buku, phone, office or anything. JANGAN! Jadikan bilik u sebagai tempat tidor or s*x, lepas s*x terus tido.

U kena train your brain dengan environment yg bila u masuk je bilik, brain u dah tau “YES, ini tempat tido”.

Ramai yg struggle sebab tgk movie pun dalam bilik. apa tu? Lepas tu everyday u kena train otak u utk tido dlm timing yg sama.

So badan u kenal pasti exactly setiap hari your routine.

So, buat dulu sleep hygien sebelum u nak tanya pasal ubat or melatonin. Clear bilik u, letak katil & bantal shj
