Interval flow - my all time favourite.

The moment of satisfaction when every small steps and postures is coming into pieces and flowing seamlessly 🤍

CLIENT INTERVIEW

At the beginning, was refused to come for a complimentary movement analysis.

He came after several times of persuasion from his sister and mother.
Then he started his training after consultation to meet his goal.

Whenever he came, i got to make sure the music beat was on point to match the movement / exercise that he was going to do 😏

Watch till the end to see his result! 💯 proud of you! 🥳

CLIENT TESTIMONIAL

How does muscle activation relate to body toning and pain?

Muscles tend to get tight due to compensation of movement. Compensation occurs when there is muscle imbalance.

THINK OF: Suppose 2 person should be doing one task. However, one of them is not contributing, the other partner has to work harder to complete the task ☹️ Thus muscle imbalance occurs.

The partner who overworked will then tense up and eventually get 😡 Pain would be their signal response to you.

In contrast, the other one who is slacking (under-activated) loses its muscle tone and firmness. Thus resulting in your flabby 🍑, back and tummy.

Proper muscle activation helps to:
✅ rebalance your muscle tension
✅ realign your posture
✅ reduce pain
✅ firm & tone up muscles

Take for example this lady's 3D image! Aside from the pain reduction at her lower back, her posture has improved significantly! On top of that, she managed to tone up her body too 🤩

Don't exercise hard, exercise RIGHT
You will see the results! 💯

CLIENT TESTIMONIAL

Squat. A common and functional movement.
However is the biomechanic of your squat correct?
Squat is a complex movement as it involves multiple joints: ankle, knee, hip, pelvis, spine.
Lack of stability and mobility of any of these joints (commonly ankle / hip / pelvis) can lead to compensation at other joints (commonly knee / spine). Overusue injury may arise if these compensation occur when we do this functional movement daily.
During first assessment, notice the squatting biomechanic of this client:
👉🏻 caving in of the knee
👉🏻 wobbly knees
👉🏻 inconsistency of the trajectory line indicates lack of control of the movement
Through proper activation and stability exercise,
✅ reduced caving in of knee
✅ having good control of the knee
✅ good consistency of trajectory line indicates good stability and control of movement
How does your squat form look like today?
