One-Two-Boost A CSR initiative by Selangor Dredging Berhad. SDB INCLUSION SDN. BHD. (FORMERLY KNOWN AS SELDREDGE INDUSTRIES SDN. BHD.) 198101012760 (78890-A)

SDB has embarked on a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative that offer support and create opportunities for individuals to acquire skills that will prepare them for a life on their own. Apart from offering them a channel for employment, the projects undertaken by SDB also enable them to learn and improve their work and social skills. The ultimate objective is for these individuals to acquire sufficient living skills that will enable them to be economically independent and self-reliant so that they gain the dignity and self-confidence to lead more fulfilling lives. The ONE-TWO-JUICE initiative started out in 2011, which is staffed and run by individuals with learning difficulties. These CSR activities have been recognized and awarded the Asia Responsible Enterprise Award in 2012 and 2014 respectively. In view of the Covid-19 pandemic breakout in March 2020, One-Two-Boost is a new collaboration project with a team of TCM Dr's. It explores into herb packaging programme with similar aim to provide individual with disabilities job opportunities as well as promotes healthy living among the community

雪兰莪铁船一直致力于企业社会责任（CSR）计划，该计划为特殊需求人士提供就业机会，藉此让他们学习技能，为自立的生活做准备。除了提供就业机会外，他们更从中学习和提高工作和社交技能。该计划终极目标是让特殊需求人士掌握必需的生活技能，使他们能自力更生，从而获得尊严和自信，过上充实的生活。

第一项企业社会责任计划，ONE-TWO-JUICE 于2011 诞生，成立的果汁档成功为学习困难的人士带来就业机会。该计划甚至备受社会认同与赞许并获得两届亚洲良心企业奖。

鉴于2020年3月发生的Covid-19大流行，One-Two-Boost是雪兰莪铁船与中医团队合作新项目。该计划将由特殊需求人士根据资深中医的独家配方，将药材包成汤品，茶品，提供就业机会之余并促进对社区关怀与健康

We are pleased to announce the next cohort of our One-Two-Boost Trainee Programme, a structured learning initiative created for neurodivergent adults eager to expand their professional capabilities.👊

Duration: 2 months, running from April to May 2026
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am to 2pm
Deadline for resume submission: 6 March 2026

This programme is free of charge and there will be no training fees. If you or someone you know is ready to build practical skills and grow in a conducive environment, we invite you to apply by Friday, 6 March 2026, by submitting your resume via email or WhatsApp. Shortlisted candidates will be notified in early March.😎
