Strong, but why does the shoulder still hurt?

Many people think:
If the shoulder is strong enough, it shouldn’t hurt.
But in reality—
Strength is not the same as stability or control.

You may be able to lift heavy weights,
but daily movements like getting dressed,
reaching, or lifting light objects
require:

Joint stability

Muscle coordination

Movement control

If stability and control are lacking,
even a strong shoulder can become overloaded,
irritated, and painful.

So the problem is not always “too weak,”
but often not stable, not coordinated, and not well-controlled.

Don’t blindly follow exercises you see online.

Some people report that after following online exercises,
their pain didn’t improve — and in some cases became worse or shifted to other areas.

👉 Exercises themselves aren’t necessarily the problem,
👉 they may just not be suitable for your current condition.

Everyone’s pain, severity, and stage of recovery are different.
What works for others may not work for you.

Exercises shown are for general reference only.
