八段锦气功(Ba Duan Jin Qi Gong)
是一套源远流长的传统养生功法,已有上千年历史。“八段”指八个独立动作,“锦”寓意动作柔和优美、珍贵如锦。
Ba Duan Jin consists of eight gentle, structured movements that combine slow physical motion, deep breathing, and focused intention. Each section targets specific meridians and internal organs, helping to regulate Qi (vital energy), improve blood circulation, and balance Yin and Yang.
八段锦通过缓慢而连贯的动作,配合自然呼吸与意念专注,达到调和气血、疏通经络、平衡阴阳的效果。每一式都有其对应的经络与脏腑作用,能温和地改善身体机能。

❌ 使用禁忌
-不可在密闭无通风空间大量熏
-不可每天长时间熏(建议每周2–3次,每次10–20分钟)
-头晕、胸闷、恶心应立刻停止

❌ Usage Warnings

-Do not use in an airtight, unventilated room
-Do not use daily or for long periods
👉 Recommended: 2–3 times per week, 10–20 minutes each time
-Stop immediately if dizziness, chest tightness, or nausea occurs

🌿 吴茱萸的功效、禁忌

一、吴茱萸是什么?

吴茱萸,性热,味辛、苦,归肝、脾、肾经,为传统中药中常用于 #温中散寒、降逆止痛的重要药材。

二、吴茱萸的主要功效

温中散寒,改善胃寒、腹冷、四肢冰凉
#适合手脚冰冷、怕冷体质
#适合肾阳不足、腰膝冷痛者

三、吴茱萸的禁忌

❗吴茱萸性热力强,不可乱用

以下情况慎用或避免:

体质/症状 是否适合
阴虚火旺、口干舌燥、失眠多梦 ❌ 不适合
容易上火、便秘、口腔溃疡 ❌ 不适合
怀孕妇女 ❌ 禁用
皮肤破损、过敏体质 ⚠️ 慎用
小孩 ⚠️ 不建议

四、吴茱萸足贴的作用
吴茱萸通过足底吸收,作用温和,更适合日常调理。

常见贴敷位置:
涌泉穴(脚心)

五、简单吴茱萸足贴做法

材料:

吴茱萸粉 1–2 克

生姜汁 / 米酒 少量调成膏状

纱布 / 足贴贴片

使用方法:

睡前清洁双脚,将药膏敷在脚心
固定后穿袜,敷 6–8 小时
早上取下清洗双脚
建议频率:每周 2–3 次即可

吴茱萸属温热助阳药,调理体寒有效,但不宜长期天天使用。
