At a previous exhibition, we met a family from Belgium.
The wife attended our Sound Bath session and returned again the next day—this time bringing along her tall and strong husband.
After learning how singing bowls can scientifically help regulate and calm emotional states, the husband became curious about his own response. He decided to try a brainwave feedback test.
Smiling, he said,
“I’m a soldier with both strong inner discipline and physical conditioning! I’d like to see whether my brainwave pattern is ‘qualified’.”
In our understanding, “qualified” doesn’t mean perfect—it means whether the brainwave patterns can naturally adjust according to need: becoming focused and efficient when required, and returning to deep relaxation when it is time to rest.
When the test results appeared, both ChenChen and Mayzi exclaimed, “This is a textbook brainwave pattern!”
This is the kind of regulation quality a well-trained soldier should have—able to fall asleep quickly the moment he closes his eyes, yet instantly switch into strong focus when needed, with no signs of overexertion. When the singing bowls began, he was able to fully immerse himself in the experience.
Seeing his brainwave results, joy lit up his face.
After the family left, ChenChen and I reflected:
“As the head of a family traveling while working, even a slight imbalance between efficiency and relaxation would make such a lifestyle difficult to sustain.”
With brainwave regulation like his—it becomes possible ✨

曾經我們在一次展會上遇見來自比利時的一家人。妻子來參加第二次Sound Bath時把體格高大的丈夫也帶來了～
丈夫了解了頌鉢如何科學地震靜情緒後，更想做做腦波反饋測試，要自己親自去見證～他說「我是一個有內在與外在條件當兵的人！我也想窺探自己的腦波pattern是不是‘合格’！」
所謂合格，在晴晴與May子的認知裡，是說這個腦波pattern是否依我們的活動之需自動調節，例如要效率時就效率到位，要休息時就放鬆歸位。
一測之下！我們倆驚呼「這是教科書腦波」～
一個精兵該有自我調節素質，腦波可見！一閉上眼睛立刻可以睡覺，一專注就有力辦事，絕沒有過度用力跡象～～～當頌鉢進來，他還能夠全然享受其中的～
他得知了自己的腦波，喜悅在臉上洋溢！走了以後，我和晴晴感嘆「一家之主帶著一家大小過著邊工作邊旅居的生活，少一點效率，少一點放鬆，都絕對平衡不到～～～」有這個腦波的人，做到！
