CHOOSE how close you want to follow this workshop !

- choose to come 1 day or consecutive 2 days （meet up 2 times to practice deeper ! You’ll feel that 1 hour with djembe is just not enough ! Not yet done… )

- choose to which time slot you would liked to join on the respective day… that’s it!

SOMETHING NEW✨ A One-Day Workshop on Singing Bowls and Brainwaves ～

Did you know that singing bowls can “talk”? They have been proven to communicate directly with our brainwaves ～

In this workshop, you’ll learn the basic self-healing techniques using singing bowls while also gaining insights into your unique brainwave patterns.

Everyone naturally develops their own brainwave patterns over time. We often hear that singing bowls can guide us into an alpha brainwave state, a state of deep relaxation—but what does that really mean?

This workshop offers you the chance to learn about singing bowls while collaborating with Chen Chen, clinical neuro feedback practitioner to conduct fascinating experiments.

You’ll gain a deeper understanding of your own brain and witness firsthand the relationship between the frequencies of singing bowls and brainwaves.

Experiencing the magic of singing bowls for the first time is already amazing, but discovering their resonance with your brainwaves makes it even more incredible!

More importantly, do you know your brainwave habits and natural patterns? Our brain 🧠 is the mastermind that governs and interprets our neural signals. This workshop is a fun and eye-opening way to learn more about yourself!
