In Bali, amidst the breathtakingly beautiful artistry of nature, within a tranquil space, Hatha Vidya hosted a pranayama sadhana retreat. It was a profoundly transformative and rejuvenative experience.

Over the four days, participants observed complete silence while engaging in diverse preparatory practices, guided by Acharya Bala, augmenting the benefits of the pranayama sadhana. Beyond psychophysiological well-being, this retreat helped participants reconnect with their inner selves and provided a deep spiritual immersion.
