Depending on the type of hospital bed, the inclinable mechanism allows the patientโs head, back and leg to be raised or lowered with ease through the use of a crank or a remote control, as opposed to a normal bed where sitting up and tilting the head up would be a hassle and uncomfortable at times especially when the elevation is more than 30ยฐ. With just a crank or remote, you will be able to elevate the upper body of the patient easily up to 80ยฐ.
