Looking for a safe, welcoming way to get moving before the morning heat and traffic?
We’re launching a brand new, beginner-friendly 30-minute community session designed specifically for seniors aged 65 and above!
No intimidating workouts… just low-impact movements, light weights, and minimal equipment to safely strengthen joints.
🗓️ When: Tuesdays & Thursdays @ 8:30 AM (Starts next Tues, March 10th!)
