– YAB Dato’ Seri Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi, Deputy Prime Minister
– YB Dato’ Seri Shabery Cheek, FELDA Chairman

Their visit marks a strong endorsement of the government’s ongoing agenda to empower rural development and uplift the welfare of FELDA settlers through the Malaysia Madani framework.

What an inspiring day at Mega Karnival FELDA 2025 yesterday.

It was a privilege to showcase our work on Bandar Madani FELDA Sahabat, Sabah, in the presence of YAB PMX Anwar Ibrahim, YAB DPM Zahid Hamidi and YB Dato’ Seri Shabery Cheek.

Seeing the leaders walk through our display — and the overwhelming public response — reminds us of the deep trust placed in this vision of Malaysia Madani. We are proud to be part of this collective effort in shaping inclusive and resilient rural communities.

Today marks a meaningful milestone as we celebrated the official key handover of Rumah Idaman Melur, officiated by YAB Dato’ Seri Amirudin Shari, Menteri Besar Selangor, and witnessed by YB Datuk Hajah Aiman Athirah Sabu, Deputy Minister of Housing & Local Government.

A heartfelt thank you to LBS Bina Group, MGB Berhad, Arte Axis Design Group and all stakeholders involved — from design, planning, and construction to handover. Proud to have been part of the team delivering affordable, dignified, and high-quality homes to the rakyat under the Rumah Selangorku Idaman programme.

Bengkel Peningkatan Produktiviti melalui Pengukuhan Kemahiran dalam Projek Rintis Pembinaan Pantas di Temerloh bersama Cawangan Kawalan Amalan Perubatan Swasta (CKAPS)

Bengkel telah dirasmikan oleh En Zahid Ismail, Ketua Pengarah MPC. Program dihadiri oleh seramai 42 peserta daripada CKAPS, BPK KKM, Bomba Pahang, MP Temerloh, MP Kulai, MP Kulim, pemaju dan perunding projek. Tujuan bengkel ini diadakan untuk meningkatkan kefahaman pihak yang terlibat tentang keperluan dalam pembinaan berkaitan peraturan kemudahan dan perkhidmatan jagaan kesihatan swasta serta menambahbaik proses bagi meningkatkan kecekapan melalui projek rintis inisiatif pembinaan pantas pembangunan hospital swasta di Temerloh. Inisiatif ini tidak hanya meningkatkan produktiviti sektor pembinaan dan kesihatan tetapi juga menyumbang kepada pembangunan ekonomi dan penarikan pelaburan ke negeri Pahang. Kelulusan borang 1- bahagian 1 oleh CKAPS dijangka diperolehi pada 26 Julai 2024 bagi membolehkan penghantaran pelan bangunan ke MPT. Ini merupakan salah satu projek di bawah GovX Pahang 1st.

Our Director Ts Syamsul Arman Yap was invited by MPC Pahang and successfully facilitate a private hospital project to enhance the collaboration and cooperation and submission process between the private sector, consultants and Local Authorities

Bengkel Peningkatan Produktiviti Melalui Pengukuhan Kemahiran Dalam Projek Pembinaan Pantas di Temerloh | 20 – 21 Jun 2024

Program ini telah dirasmikan oleh Yang Dipertua MPT, Tuan Haji Suris Bin Mihat. Bengkel bertujuan untuk memudahcara tindakan penambahbaikan, isu dan cabaran dalam melaksanakan projek rintis pembinaan hospital swasta di Temerloh. Bengkel ini melibatkan seramai 43 peserta daripada pihak berkepentingan termasuk Agensi Negeri, Agensi Teknikal Dalaman, Agensi Teknikal Luaran, Pemaju, Perunding, dan Principle Submitting Person (PSP/SP). Matlamat utama bengkel adalah untuk meningkatkan kefahaman agensi teknikal dan perunding dalam mematuhi peraturan pembinaan hospital serta menambah baik proses kelulusan permit pembinaan. Bengkel bersetuju untuk mengangkat semula pindaan ke Mesyuarat OSC pada 28 Jun 2024 dan mensasarkan 4 Julai 2024 untuk mendapatkan Kebenaran Merancang (C1). Kelancaran projek ini akan meningkatkan produktiviti dan daya saing Pahang. Ini merupakan salah satu projek di bawah GovX Pahang 1st.
