✨ 2. “Zombie Bounce” Exercise:Arms straight, heels lifted about 1cm, lightly bounce 30 times — wake up your whole body’s qi & blood!
✨ 3. Massage Feng Chi Points:Find the small dips on both sides of the back of your head. Gently rub for 30 seconds × 3 rounds — instant relief + relaxation.

😂 Forced by my mom to soak my feet… and now I’m hooked!
I used to laugh at people who did foot soaks — thought it was for “old folks” only 😅
But after trying it once… I totally get it now! 💦
My cold hands and feet got better, and I sleep so much deeper at night 😴

I usually soak for about 15 minutes, with water around 40°C — that warm, relaxing feeling is just too good 💆‍♀️

⚠️ But be careful! Foot soaks are not suitable for:
❌ Pregnant women
❌ People with diabetes
❌ Those with cardiovascular disease
❌ Anyone with wounds or infections

Staying healthy doesn’t have to be complicated — sometimes, all you need is a warm basin of water 💧
