Steps for Self-Breast Examination:

Look in the Mirror: Stand in front of a mirror with your shoulders straight and your arms on your hips. Look at your breasts and check for any changes in size, shape, or color.

Raise Your Arms: Raise your arms and look for the same changes.

Check for Fluid: Gently squeeze each ni**le to check for any discharge (this could be a watery, milky, or yellow fluid or blood).

Feel for Lumps: Lie down and use your right hand to feel your left breast and your left hand to feel your right breast. Use a firm, smooth touch with the first few finger pads, keeping the fingers flat and together. Cover the entire breast from top to bottom, side to side.
