Best of the best 2025 tournament successfully ended last weekend. Congratulations to all the winners and two of our instructors won the best performer!

While some of us didn't get the result that wanted - failure just part of the process keep working hard and strive to be better!

BSK 2025 First Grading Test on 20th April is successfully completed.

Congratulations to everyone who gave it their all during the Taekwondo grading test. Your hard work, discipline, and perseverance truly showed!

Whether you earned a new belt or just pushed your limits, that day was a huge step forward in your Taekwondo journey. 👊

康乐华小跆拳道创立于1990年，是本校为期最早的才艺班。上周六，我们迎来了一场精彩绝伦的跆拳道表演，以庆祝建校35周年！🎉整场演出从迅猛有力的踢击到精湛的套路演绎，每一位学生都展现了他们精湛的毅力与技术，活动现场气氛热烈非凡！🔥

最后，感谢每一位参与演出的学生，以及辛勤付出的教练和家长。精彩的表演不负众望，为此次校庆画上一个完美的句号。\^o^/

SJK(C) Taman Connaught's Taekwondo Class was founded in 1990 and is the oldest talent class in our school. Last Saturday, we had a wonderful Taekwondo performance to celebrate the 35th anniversary of the school! 🎉The whole performance, from swift and powerful kicks to superb routines, every student showed their superb perseverance and skills, and the atmosphere at the event was warm and extraordinary! 🔥

Finally, thank you to every student who participated in the performance, as well as the hard-working coaches and parents. The wonderful performance lived up to expectations and brought a perfect end to this school celebration. \^o^/

🏆 BSK is proud to have represented Selangor in last weekend’s 3rd National Taekwon-Do Championship 2024.

🥇 Under the Selangor contingent flag, we have won a total of 45 Gold 🥇, 46 Silver 🥈 and 60 Bronze 🥉. With that we have clinched the Overall Champion Trophy! 🏆

👶 For first-timers, never give up as this is only the first of many competitions to come.

👟To those who have been showered with medals, remember to be humble and keep on training.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 We would like to thank the parents for being patient and lending us a helping hand during the tournament.

🥷 Let’s keep up the fighting spirit so that we can step up to the next level.

👶These 3 innocent kids started their Taekwon-Do journey as White Belts during the Pandemic. They have had to figure out how to make the proper stances and understand the theory of sine wave, through the screen.

🏆Today they've clinched Colour Belt Pattern - Red Tip to Black Tip - Under 8🥇, Under 10🥇 and Under 12🥇 Gold Medals!

💓The club and the parents would like to thank all instructors past and present who have dedicated your time to nurture our kids, through good times and bad!

9️⃣ Today is the day.

🍂 Despite the autumn season being packed with activities ranging from grading test to school demonstration, and the tournament being right in the middle of school exams for our primary school, secondary school and independent school students, our boys and girls are ready!

🐎 For the past couple of months, you have come for training rain or shine. You have trained in open spaces and air-conditioned gym. After school ends, you trained. After a long day at work, you trained. You turn the schoolyard, the porch of your house and the playground into your training ground.

🏆 We're proud to represent Selangor in the 3rd PGTF National Taekwon-Do Championship!

🧑‍⚕️ While on a short university course abroad to complete his medical studies and training in London, UK, our BSK member Tan Wei Zhen has had the privilege to join a local academy - Elite Taekwon-Do England.

💪 Apart from maintaining physical and mental fitness in the weekly sessions, he has met many kind people of various culture and creed, making new friends along the way. He even had first-hand experience of exchanging ideas and styles of Taekwondo practice with the students and instructors abroad. Despite it being only a sojourn, it was a fruitful learning experience for him.

🛬 He hopes that BSK students can continue their passion in Taekwon-Do whether they’re in their homeland or a foreign land. Let’s seek out opportunities and learn new things outside our comfort zone.
