27 August 2025 : Merdeka Day Outreach at Ward 5PA & BMT
In the spirit of Merdeka Day, our team brought joy and comfort to 11 patients at Ward 5PA and the Bone Marrow Transplant Unit through a thoughtful distribution of treats and handcrafted gifts.

Each patient received a hearty Texas Chicken meal complete with mashed potatoes, a delightful tiramisu biscuit, a confectionery pack, and a handcrafted fan adorned with a self-colored Malaysia Day theme—symbolizing unity and creativity.

This small gesture aimed to uplift spirits and celebrate the nation's independence with warmth and togetherness.

20 August 2025 : 🦕✨ Today, we handed out delightful dinosaur and caterpillar-themed handicrafts, sparking smiles all around.

One young patient asked to enjoy a few moments of playtime with 3 interns just before his treatment, bringing a gentle pause filled with joy and imagination.

We are delighted to announce a heartwarming celebration dedicated to our courageous young heroes battling cancer. This special party is crafted with love to bring smiles, laughter, and unforgettable memories to all who attend.

Expect a day filled with exciting games, joyful performances, delicious treats, and meaningful moments of connection. There will be activities suited for all comfort levels and ages, with attentive care from our friendly CARES volunteers throughout. Special surprises await every child, because they deserve a little extra sparkle in their day.

6 August 2025 : Today, our hearts were moved as we welcomed several teen patients into Ward 5 PA.

In a spirit of generosity and compassion, we prepared a heartfelt surprise for each of the 12 young individuals, gifting them with thoughtful presents and a cheerful bag of confectionery.

It was our way of bringing a spark of joy and comfort to their day, reminding them that they are seen, valued and supported.

30 July 2025 : Joyful treats for little fighters at Ward 5PA & BMT. Today special treat for 12 young patients from Ward 5PA and Bone Marrow Transplant unit as they were lovingly treated to a hearty Chicken Rice meal, a comforting favourite that brought smiles all around.

To sweeten the moment even more each child received bagful of confectionery delights adding an extra sparkle of joy to their day.

Each treat, toy, and surprise was handpicked to spark joy and bring comfort to the brave young souls fighting their toughest battles.

9 July 2025 : It was a quiet day at the CARES Playroom today, with only seven young patients in P5A.

We shared some joy by distributing handmade crafts and little packets of confectionery, which brought smiles all around.

Three medical students Ameera, Khatijah & Firdaus joined us as well, helping to keep the children engaged and entertained throughout the day.

Their presence added warmth and energy to the room, making it a pleasant and meaningful experience for everyone involved.
