This 2-hour immersive practice is designed as a complete journey through the body, breath and nervous system.
Rooted in integrative yoga, we begin with gentle kriyas and breathwork to awaken and regulate the system—creating space for deeper awareness and connection.
From there, we move into a mindful flow focusing on hip and heart opening, inviting both strength and softness into the body. The practice gradually transitions into longer-held yin postures, allowing for release on a deeper, more subtle level.
We close with guided yoga nidra, supporting full integration and rest.
This is a practice of synthesis—where different modalities come together not as separate parts, but as one continuous experience.
