Last Saturday, we organised a workshop on Late-Stage Dementia & Chronic Illness, focusing on Pressure Sore Prevention, Nutrition for Wound Recovery, Daily Care Skills using the PAC approach, and Medication Management.

Special appreciation to Michael Koay from National Pharmacy for delivering an insightful session on Medication Management Made Simple.

With practical, hands-on demonstrations, it was truly a knowledge-packed session from start to finish.
